In 2006 David Rad, a graduated architect, who studied both in Cyprus and Toronto, founded S333 Construction & Design to put his design skills to the test in the thriving new market of Toronto. S333’s specialty became the restoration of the downtown heritage building Toronto prided itself with. 

S333 evolved into Multi-use buildings, residential flats and small commercial & industrial properties. We also carved a niche renovating several of the city’s places of worship; churches, synagogues, temples…

Our understanding of architectural elements and building code has allowed us to reach a goal which helps bring back buildings to their former glory. A delicate understanding that buildings in the city will age with time, the efforts to renovate facades is with this mindfulness of age separates S333’s understanding of how a city really keeps its aesthetic.

David’s involvement in real estate and development has shaped the next phase of S333’s future, being very involved from the ground level in progressive downtown small condo and retail builds.
